This Seller emailed me ensuring I had read the description and was aware parts were missing. THAT'S service! Item was packaged very well for safe shipment! Shipping was quick until the box reached the USPS! The USPS took 7 DAYS to deliver my box from Richmond VA to Fayetteville NC literally a 3-hour drive!! We exchanged messages about the USPS and had a good chuckle! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I was watching for a Model Farm House of this type and color, and this one came up with original box, at a very resonable price, and it was well received.
