Probably not the sellers fault but the response I got from the seller left me frustrated. Belt is genuine Toyota and the correct part

The product is exactly as described – 100% genuine OEM with factory seal, and I truly appreciate the competitive pricing compared to local stores. Worked flawlessly on my 2017 RAV4. Shipping was quick, packaging was secure, and overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Would definitely buy from this seller again!

Unfortunately one of the tow hooks arrived with a few chips in the paint from the factory. Once the issue was brought to the Seller’s attention, and I provided a couple of photos of the damaged tow hook, the Seller sent me a return label and offered a full refund. After receiving my return, the Seller promptly issued my full refund!
