A slight truss rod adjustment was all that was needed to make both necks comfortable to play. The condition of the guitar is perfect for this price point. The hard case had some shipping damage, but the seller worked with me on that. The cost / value of the complete package was about what I was expecting. I have no complaints about the appearance. The guitar is beautiful.

He explain time difference was reason for delay in answering message. Seller fixed the situation and send me a replacement right away. Now I can say seller is good and I recommend buying from his shop. Thanks Almighty Riff Lord for the great customer service! Next time i need a guitar i will come back to you for another! 5 stars, Highly recommend!
