Could be just me but it appeared to be original in the photos when item was for sale but I received a stapled copy off of a printer. The head was what I really needed. The cartridge was good as well. Seller did a great job at packing it, however it still got crushed in shipping and probably would not have survived had the seller not packed it so well. Thanks!
