Description said black and red, but it was the standard gray and magenta color… no big deal, but not what I wanted. Did reach out to the seller and they gave me a $10 refund, which was nice. After a couple months of use though, the dryer doesn’t work consistently. When I switch it on, it doesn’t stay on… and may not even come on. It is what it is I guess. I’m likely going to sell this so it can be used for parts by someone else.

I was hard pressed to find any signs of use on this product. Product well packaged. Which by the way this is our 2nd unit (from different seller) and that’s how I knew the unit was actually preowned. It was missing an accessory holder. Not a knock against the seller as the description clearly states what you see is what you get. Buy with confidence.
