Not the end of the world, but should've been communicated at time of shipping. Would buy from again.

The item came new in original packaging. The value was very good…(we did our research beforehand). Because this was a gift and the item was defective, we decided to return it for a refund. Seller made the return process simple and efficient from start to finish, no questions asked. Seller is excellent with responses to any questions or concerns which was much appreciated!
