I do have a concern about the amount of heat it generates on the bottom, both while using it and also while it's on charge. I have ordered a cooling pad for it, and I'll see how this works. Cosmetics were great, looks brand new. Price was very good, so if it lasts I will be very happy.

The Dell keyboard is different than HP's, I didn't know that. Also, must press the keys, and be acurate. But so far the computer is updating to my MS/Google etc. quite nicely. Just know you need to get used to a Dell keyboard. Keys must be pressed hard. Ordered Feb. 23rd, promised delivery by Feb 26-28. Updated on the 27th to a Mar. 1st delivery. Didn't ship untill the 27th. That wasn't cool, but it worked out, arrived Mar. 1st.

I was given a 5 day window for it to arrive and it arrived the first day. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
