When I contacted the seller her worked quickly to locate it and get it moving. I took delivery today. The instrument was well marked as fragile, wrapped in bubble.wrap and double boxed. The external box took some damage but everything inside was mint. The instrument is beautiful and looks to be a great value!

The instrument is really nice - was in perfect condition when I opened the (really well wrapped) parcel, no damage. I noticed that the bridge was a different one to what was illustrated in the ebay image, but it works fine and doesn't affect the sound. On playing, I found the tone really good, no fret buzzes. Pickup works really well too.
