Shipping took a little longer than expected, but was worth the wait. No hiccups. When asking the seller questions in regards to shipping, their response was prompt and informative. The product is in a new/unused condition. No signs of ware and tear. Was a bit on the pricey side, but since my phone is now considered obsolete and these cases are hard to find, it's understandable. Product is as described.

Although the price was double the original it was better value than any of the others listed then.
