Best known for his lush piano arrangements and performance of standards, pop and Broadway, Emile Pandolfi applies his classical piano technique to popular music in many genres. With a catalog of 30 solo piano recordings, this is the first time he's done a live recording of his two-hour show. 'Emile Pandolfi Live in Concert' is a full two-hour performance, and is a delightful look into the man himself. Emile's passions in life include music that moves him, laughing, and hearing other outstanding artists; and so he decided to include them all in his live concerts. Most people are surprised to find out that, in addition to being an amazing pianist, Emile is a funny guy! He loves to introduce people to great artists they may not know; so this year he brought Dana Russell to his stage. Dana's amazing vocal versatility and sensitive interpretation of songs consistently 'wows' her audiences and the combination of these two performers is magic. Also on this recording, Emile sings one of his original songs, and he and Dana close his show with a duet.
