Some visual wear damage like scratches on the back cover of the screen and there is some creaking when picking up the laptop. The display panel has a dead pixel and some tiny marks but is otherwise usable. The specs match as advertised. High power fast charger of good quality is included and working. Battery is rapidly losing health due to high wear (about 1% per day) but that is just down to bad luck with old lithium and not the fault of the seller.

I was disappointed that I had to buy another battery after using the laptop for less than a week. I hope it will work with the new battery I bought. Other than that, it came as advertised, same specs and all but with a battery issue

After I ordered the product, the package arrived very quickly and carefuly ; the laptop was well secured, plus it came with a screen protection and keyboard stickers. The computer was cheap and matches the description, it arrived in very good condition.
