Happy that your item arrived in tip-top shape! In regards to shipping, to have the most cost-effective shipping option possible for the buyer, we resort to using bubble mailers in certain situations. I placed the figure inside of one of the very hard plastic ROBLOX mystery boxes thinking it would be enough protection. We have been doing it this way for the last 5 years and have not had any occurrences where figure arrived damaged. Please reach out next time for other shipping options!

Thankfully he was able to make things right by responding in timely manner and delivering me another code, which did give me the item I purchased. Would recommend shopblox as I was satisfied with my purchase.
