I had ordered 2 sets of strap locks (4 pieces) only 3 pieces arrived in a small plastic shipping bag that was damaged & taped up with one of the items missing. Obviously it was USPS that damage the package & lost one strap lock. But the seller packaged the item very poorly. Sellers fault. I contacted the seller and they did not respond to me. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review on eBay until now.
