The rollers in the middle seem most effective for her. A little concerned that the plug is also some adapter that looks like it steps down the voltage? Think something like this would need a full 120 volts to the motors. Whatever. Seems to work as advertised. Thank you !!

Easy to use and really like the SPOT option that lets you focus the massage as needed and the optional heat. Glad we got the model with 2D, 3D and roller. A+++++
