The packaging was absolutely superb, with two layers of bubble wrap and a cushioned box. The shipping was right on time, and the figure was in perfect condition. Actually 10/10. If I HAD to come up with something negative, it’d be no personalized thank you card, which I’m used to having with Japanese sellers, but with the way this order was handled it’s very obvious they care about their customers.
