After checking on internet to find out about the strike there had been no such thing, and the last post struck was in July. We sent out their order the next working day, they then claimed it didn’t arrive, clearly not happy to wait a couple of extra days. we contacted Royal Mail regarding the late delivery and they advised there was postal strikes in certain area, so we passed this info onto the buyer(not trying to pull wool atall)! We’ve now received a negative feedback for something out of our control. We even refunded the buyer, they’re never going to be happy!

Seller suggested I had tampered with it and apparently launched investigation with post office. Don't know what happened but now 3 weeks later, still not recieved order or even an apology.
