When the fig tree arrived the box was beat up from the journey but the tree was very secure and safe with dampened wrap on the roots. Exactly as described. Unfortunately my plant didn't grow at all despite all the care I gave it for a couple of months, it started turning brown. Reached out to seller and his quick response advised me what to do to get this plant to start growing. A few more days passed and unfortunately plant ended up drying up and seller again worked with me and refunded me. I cannot say enough good things about seller who will work with you and cares well after sale. A++ seller.
