The answered my questions about the process and price before I purchased the service. It was a better option than the local Jeep or car audio installation service. After they received the radio, they contacted me with the final price, repaired the radio, and sent it back within 2 days. I am satisfied with my decision to have Roberts fix my Jeep radio.
