Had to go into the system diagnostics, then to Fix BootUp. The Condition of the product, again appears good. The outside of the case does not have any blemishes. The Value of the product was withing my price range of what I was looking for in a PC. The Appearance of the product is good. Again there are no blemishes on the outside of the case. I've not cracked open the PC to take a look inside due to every thing

The WiFi adapter that was included did not work, but I was sent a replacement in very short time. This was a great value for the money I paid and I would buy from this seller in the future. The computer was as described.

Tech Specs it came with: Intel Core i5-8500 6c/6t CPU (compatible with Windows 11) TPM 2.0, 16GB DDR4, 1 DVD SATA Opt Drive, 500GB 5in SATA HDD and a 2.8Ghz WiFi USB adapter. 200W PSU. 1 M2 2280 slot compatible with NVMe/SATA drive (missing screw) 1 M2 2230 WiFi Card slot (no ant) There are some upgrade paths if you know what you are doing. Took off 1 star for damage on the corner of the cover.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
