For the seller using stock photos, the printer I received looked brand new. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it. Great price for lightly used product. I'd highly recomend purchasing from this seller. Their communications were spot on, leaving the customer feeling assured in the transaction.

Price for the P1S Combo honestly is GREAT! Machine was packaged VERY well. My only small gripe is, the machine did arrive pretty dirty inside...But after a good cleaning, Factory Reset, calibration and some test prints, the machine seems to work great! Overall very happy with the whole transaction!

The ams lite was packaged well and the box had fragile labels on it.Every thing in the description is exactly what I received. The Ams is used but is in great condition. The Ams even came with a test pyramid model but i wanted to test it myself and was not disappointed. It was listed at a great value and am a satisfied customer. Can definitely recommend this seller. Thanks.

I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such.
