This lamp was well-packed for shipment and even so, ended up with a broken knob. Upon learning of the situation, seller immediately reimbursed for repairs as want to keep the lamp. I would highly recommend this seller! They did everything they could to avoid damage and when it did happen, offered to make me whole. Many thanks to the seller!
