We traded critical dimensions for the bolt groups and concluded it would. Has 4 outer bolts instead of 8 though. Simple ratioing of bolt shear areas x distance from the motor axis shows the inner bolt group would still be critical if the fan seized. Quick cleanup of the rust spot in the lug and another coat of black enamel before I install it. Rust is from salt air. Rest of AC works fine
