Instead, I have a cloth beige band with Velcro closure does not look nothing like the picture that is attached with this questionnaire or with the order that I placed. I may return it. Going to let my son father of my that I ordered this for to take a look at it and see what he thinks BUT I am very disappointed in what I see. Thirteen year old boy needs a better band that what I was sent!!!!!!!

I was worried about spending so much sight unseen on a computer but it arrived quickly, well packed and in the exact condition it was advertised with. The charger was not in the box and after contacting GadgetGone they refunded me the amount for a new charger immediately. Great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

USPS tracking still says “available for pickup,” so I’ll be contacting them. Packaging was fine; laptop looked brand new, still in plastic with only a small corner blemish. Only 2 battery cycles, but Apple’s warranty had expired. Macbook came as described! I’ve reached out about the seller’s 1-year warranty and haven’t heard back yet!! I will update when that is sent out
