I sent an email “please advise” we all know that sometimes things happen as was the case here. That being said, I got an actual phone call from Allison, they went above and beyond to fix the issue and take care of me. They sent me a brand new unit, loaded with “swag” and even sent it Sat delivery w/UPS. I’ll tell anyone looking for Car Audio, “you cant go wrong with Sound of TriState.”Allison was wonderful. EXCELLENT People to work with!!!🙂

I contacted them to see if they could extend the offer aging so I could purchase immediately. They explained that they couldn't do it for whatever reason, only to make me an offer for a brand new unit that I couldn't refuse.
