It didn’t connect and turn on. I quickly contacted the customer service. They are kindly help me test and ship a new recorder when the issue cann’t be fixed. I received the new recorder after 4 days. The new one is working and easy to install. They are very quickly and responsible. What a great customer service! In this price, I think it is very valuable product.

I was able to get this installed within 30 minutes. Dash cam front/rear cameras work great no issues, clear instructions. Yes I would purchase from Redtiger again.

Was told to Return it when I received it. The same day, I Ordered the Correct Dash Cam I wanted from them. GREAT Communication again. I received the Wrong one today and Sending it Back. Great Company to deal with. Thank you.
