This seller was incredibly helpful and patient, and delivered a partial refund for the lens quickly with excellent communication. The item was also packaged very well, and shipping was extremely cheap for my item, which was huge and heavy. The seller wrote notes and instructions for all the parts and accessories. Included a copy of the original manual and printed off photo instructions for the camera and tripod. Warranty and support included, returns accepted, but everything arrived working perfectly. The items took a little longer to ship than I had expected, but when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond.
