The description says they take up to 3 weeks to make and dispatch. Buyer opened a claim saying the item was posted and hadn't turned up. I advised them I make them to order and it hadn't been shipped yet. They sent the same message a few days later. And I responded "again"telling them it would be shipped in a few days once i had finished making it.
