Buying this Pixel was a steal, given that its hard to get one these days, and replacing my old Pixel 5 also brought battery capacity back to full. If you're a fan of Pixel 5, I would recommend this seller.

The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

Packaging was also lacking. But, hear me out. Give this seller a chance - their communication was good, and they sorted the problem out, hence the positive feedback.
