Buying this Pixel was a steal, given that its hard to get one these days, and replacing my old Pixel 5 also brought battery capacity back to full. If you're a fan of Pixel 5, I would recommend this seller.

Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

But I can't fault Travco Tel in other aspects, he communicated well, and he tried his best to resolve the issue and offered a partial refund. Unfortunately this just didn't work for me, he created no hassle for refund on return and I applaud him for his swift action. I would definitely be open to purchasing with him again. And it's a shame this transaction didn't go as either of us expected.
