Told me to buy another but they no longer have it for sale. Even though the day before they said they'd send a replacement. Really annoyed as I really wanted this in a hurry!

HOWEVER, it was a miracle that these arrived by courier undamaged as the cases were very loose (no packing or bubblewrap protection) inside the box, which had clearly been crushed/dropped in transit. A little more care packing would have been appreciated. :(
