The 2 men sorry can't remember their names came out on the day and delivered the bed and also done the installation. They were very helpful and friendly. Afterwards I realised that a screw was missing that keeps the bed together on 1 side. I contacted the seller and told him. He got back to me the same day and apologised and it was resolved the following day by Max and Blake.
