The laptop I received from Vulu is excellent. It is refurbished but looks like new, I've installed loads of new apps and its up and running very smoothly. It was despatched in good time and very well packaged. Would be happy to use Vulu again.

However after completing the setting up and left it for a while it showed the blue screen with error message. I can't believe this would have just a day after delivery. The condition is not good because of the error has made me change my mind. Speaking with a customer assistant was bit calming after he directed me to send a feedback I need this issue resolved ASAP. Thanks
