Thanks to FedEx, it went from LA to TN to VA to MD to WV to NC!!!!! This process took 11 days but thankfully the seller wrapped it in more than sufficient bubble wrap!!!!!! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give this seller a TEN!!!!!! It is the first purchase I have made from them but it certainly won't be my last!

We were very pleased with the communication with the seller and the prompt shipping. Sadly, as is bound to happen by times, the item stopped working after barely using. However, the seller responded quickly and offered us a free return. We would have gladly purchased another trimmer from the same seller, but unfortunately, he didn't have any more available. We can definitely recommend him as a seller!!
