I accidentally lost a part when emptying the canister outside in the large garbage can. I looked on the Dyson website and several other sites to find a replacement that was comparable to a vacuum cleaner of this age but still great quality. When I received this replacement part it looked brand new, very clean and no wear or visible scratches. I am happy with this purchase.
