Ebay as always does a great job in customer service. The seller responded back to me that they would look into the shipping details but that it would take a few days. After a period of time ebay refunded my money which I now await. I can't fault the seller really since the item shipped from India.

It was a good value and nicely gift packaged. There was a tariff on the package. I was told it was a shipping cost. Not true. The seller covered the cost for me since this was new and I was not aware of the extra cost. It takes weeks to get it, but it is special ordered, so this is expected.
