Small amount of water droplets on the unit probably from testing the unit. Instructions are in english but still difficult to follow. Seller has great communications and attempts to answer questions. My only issue is the instructions could be clearer. A Miller water cooler should be arriving any day to get this thing up and running. I would recommend this seller.

Everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations from the price to delivery the early delivery the communication between the two of us and the extra care taken to make sure the product was wrapped so there was no damage from the guys transporting it.
