There was nothing wrong on our end. We uploaded the tracking number # and you obviously can track the parcel. After you complained that the delivery was late by one day, we agreed to accept the return if you no longer want the item. We sent you a message with a QR code to scan at the post office for the prepaid return label. We don't want to be rude but obviously you are lying.
