Contacted the seller to ensure it was just a transit issue and not the seller selling a DVD loose in the case. Seller replied to me that he wouldn't sell DVDs loose in the case and that it came loose in transit. This was my thought too that the DVD itself came loose in delivery/transit. DVD was fine no issues. Great Seller great reply. Thankyou.
