    There was a typo in the ebay ad which indicated that a specific option was included. When I received the pc that I ordered, the option was not there. The pc was in great condition, just was missing the option. I contacted the seller and he offered me a discount or a return. I asked for a return and refund and the seller complied quickly. I would buy again from this seller.

    Laptop arrived on schedule and was VERY well packaged in bubble wrap to prevent damage. The unit itself is in great condition -- it looks like it has had minimal use. The laptop was wiped and reset back to ready to set up, which I did with no issues. Note: the laptop pictured in the listing was not what I received, but I got the exact model and specs described, so no worries there. I'm very happy with this purchase and with this eBay seller!!

    Received in excellent condition in original packaging. There was a problem with USPS delaying package and sending it all over the country, but seller had packaged it well and it arrived unscathed. Seller was very responsive when I let them know that my package was seeing the countryside through no fault of theirs. Would buy from them again, no problem!
