It was great value, very well packaged, and delivered very quickly. I tried 2 other screens that were supposedly compatible, but they didn't work, so I am glad that I found accuparts. I contacted them before I purchased the screen and explained the situation and they confirmed that it was an HP original sreen and not a compatible alternative. Very happy to remomend this screen and seller.

When I queried this, I was able to return the screen (which did not work as a touchscreen in my Chromebook) and the refund was received quickly. As seller did not have the screen I ordered in stock, unfortunately I had to order elsewhere.
