All of my items were nicely bagged and labelled, were surrounded by lots of packing paper, and were shipped in a box. I appreciate the labelled bags so much; it helps with the sorting. The price and shipping for the Spooky Cafe Purple Skull was very sweet, too. The skull looks brand new, is sweetly spooky, and looks so cool with the other Monster High items. Everything arrived quickly, too. Thanks for such excellent service!
