The packaging was done excellently; the statue was wrapped in plastic and appeared to have a form fitting expanding foam to fit around it inside a cardboard box placed inside a second cardboard box with foam popcorn. It is exactly as described, and I absolutely love it. The shipping was also fairly quick considering the contents!
