It requires removal of the entire grid heater block and some additional improvisation to adapt from 3" to the 2-1/2" at the intercooler. If you have the time/skills it is worthwhile imho. The part fits perfectly as intended and seems good value. The two rear ports intended for instrument connections are M10x1.0.Yes, you'll need an adapter to get to 1/8x27 NPT.
