Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed because of USPS (weather conditions) not the seller. The packaging was as good as any I have seen, and the computer is in better condition than promised. It operated perfectly as soon as I started it up. It came with a nice note from the seller promising assistance with any setup questions or problems. Plugged it in and it operated fast and flawlessly with Linux Mint 21.3 properly installed. When I had a question I emailed Thomas and he responded immediately and provided the answer I needed.
