It is not up to the buyer to start playing written tag due to an inferior product that should not have been sold. Also, you noted that you do not accept returns. A seller who does not accept returns strikes me as one who is very assured he/she is selling an excellent product! That was not so in this case. I am not sure how I would know there is anything wrong with the product if it was not open. I am a reputable seller, I do not accept returns so if the buyer is not happy I just refund their money. I had a retail store and these items have been sitting around for awhile and my daughter help me list them. I am trying to recoup some of my money and not out to rip anyone off or take advantage. I am sorry you are so unhappy I am sending a refund and sorry you are so angry with me.

She was upfront that both had a small defect from the manufacture but said it would be something I could fix. She even took photos of the issues. Very upfront and honest.
