I purchased a stereo unit for my car that had been refurbished but the CD didn't work properly. It had no sound when played and the seller didn't want to do a refund and tried to trick me into believing I was past my return date is why they couldn't do the refund. I however still had 2 1/2 weeks left for a refund. It took forever for the unit to arrive after purchase around a month.
