The seller simply responded saying the listing says no bases (which it does), they need to update their image to just show the sprues and make that more clear so others are not confused. Ultimately I got the models on sprue which is the important part, with quick and reasonably fast shipment. Thanks.

The minis arrived in good condition tho i wish they had better packaging( a little extra bubble-rap wouldn't hurt), overall everything was good. Everything came in a single space wolves combat patrol box, which they very neatly packed and then layered with bubble wrap. Shipping was insanely fast for international. Every thing was in great condition. Geunine high quality GW products. The best value I have found so far for these models.
