But I can't fault Travco Tel in other aspects, he communicated well, and he tried his best to resolve the issue and offered a partial refund. Unfortunately this just didn't work for me, he created no hassle for refund on return and I applaud him for his swift action. I would definitely be open to purchasing with him again. And it's a shame this transaction didn't go as either of us expected.
