This book can be used on its own, but is offered as a complimentary therapy to other medical treatments for many conditions, including the following: spondylolisthesis, herniated or slipped discs, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, sciatica, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, muscle spasms in neck & back, strained back or neck muscles, SI joint strain or dysfunction.Each chapter offers information and background to help you understand what's going on in your body -- simple anatomy to understand how everything is connected. Also included are daily poses and yoga therapy movements (through 30 days), including deep breathing exercises and lifestyle tips.

Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service took 23 calendar days to deliver the book. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville.
