Everything worked great once I discovered what was wrong with the controller. At first nothing worked, even though I was doing everything by the book—er, pamphlet. None of the buttons did anything, and I was starting to get frustrated. It took me 20 minutes to realize there was a plastic wrap on the new battery! Once that was off, and the battery reinstalled, everything worked perfectly.

I would highly recommend that the seller ship the boxed item in a shipping box verses a plastic bag. The manufacturer's box was not designed as a shipping box and when I received the items they were all loose within the bag.
