The communication was very good and they always kept me updated. The box was unopened and the figure was completely new. It looks absolutely amazing and my boyfriend is super happy with it. Also, the little Vegito keychains look really cool.I just want to thank Soleil for their effort! I highly recommend buying from them and I would so do it again! :)
